• For all items made to order/commissioned, please allow for a lead time of approximately 2-4 weeks. You will be informed of more precise timings once your order is confirmed.

• All orders shipped outside of France may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items  are shipped with tracking and will require a signature on delivery.

• If there is a problem with your item, please notify Juliet as soon as possible. To qualify for a full refund, you must return the item in perfect condition, in its linen bag, suitably packed, within 7 days.

• Returned items must be sent with tracked with a signature on delivery.

• The sender must cover the cost of shipping.

• Items made for commission cannot be returned if they have been personalised.

• Gift vouchers can be refunded within 21 days of their date of purchase.
